allegro覆铜_allegro 隐藏敷铜，敷铜相关问题

隐藏：

setup->UserPreference里有shape，勾选no_shape_fill就可以。

其他技巧：

负片

setup —>Drawing Options, 在Thermal pads 和Filled Pads前面画勾

Add shape 画一个封闭区域

Edit —>Change Net (Name)指定 络

shape Fill 敷铜完成

正片

Add shape 画一个封闭区域选择Crosshatch或Solid Fill

Edit —>Change Net (Name)指定 络

Shape —>Parameters参数设置

Void —>Auto自动避让

shape Fill 敷铜完成

注意：金属化孔要事先做好flash symbol！

Edit —> shape

Edit —> Vertex 或Edit —> Boundary来改变shape的外部形状

shape —> Fill

一、先设置铺铜参数：

Shape->Global Dynamic Params…

1、Shape fill取缺省参数

2、Void controls:

Artwork format->Gerber 6×00

Create pin voids->in line (平滑pin与pin之间因敷铜产生的的尖角)

3、Clearance中输入 络间距：如25.00

4、Thermal relief connects中设定铺铜和同名 络的连接方式

二、Shape->Polygon/Rectangular/Circular，

然后在Options选择要铺铜的层(如Etch/Top)，

Shape Fill 为Dynamic copper

Assign net name 中指定铺铜要连接的 络(如GND)，

三、铺铜完毕后，如果要删除死铜，

则：Shape->Delete Islands，

四、如果要挖掉部分铺铜，

则：Shape->Manul void->…
