Company Introduction

Our client company is looking fora Software Engineer.

Our client company is a dynamic, innovative company specializing in state-of-the-art Intra-Ocular Lenses and accessories for eye surgery. The company have a dedicated team of 150 international professionals, working at three locations in Spankeren, Berlin and Leverkusen. Thanks to their more than 25 years of experience in the IOL industry and their own in-house R&D division and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Spankeren, the company is a leading player in the development of groundbreaking technological solutions for eye surgery.

Job deion

1. As a Software Engineer you will be dealing with a lot of variety in work. You will be involved in the development of software, identify bottlenecks, analyze developments and come up with improvement proposals.
2. You ensure that the software develops along with the wishes of the organization and IT possibilities.
3. You perform your work as a Software Engineer from Spankeren, where you can also come into contact with colleagues in Berlin and Leverkusen.
4. Improvements to the clarity of data flows from production processes.
5. Connecting new production processes to the existing IT environment.

Job Requirements

1. No work experience needed, freshly graduated is also welcomed to apply for this position.
2. You strive for continuous improvement terms of optimization and efficiency.
3. You are familiar with the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core, Azure), or other software language (C++, java etc.) and not afraid to apply new techniques.
4. Familiar with coding and BI softwares.
5. Advanced in at least 1 or 2 software languages.
6. Take initiative and responsibility.
7. The candidate has to be located in the Netherlands already.
8. Fluent in Dutch is highly prefered.
