冷冲模CAD系统中装配模板 的设计与复合算法研究
摘要
文章首先综述了国内外模具CAD／CAM技术的发展概况。指出了模具设计 过程的规范化、设计方法的算法化及数据结构的合理设计将是该项技术的关键所 在，并探讨了模具CAD系统实用化的一般特征。
厂／为了支持产品的概念设计以及CIM、并行工程等先进思想的实施，需要建

此提出了基于装配的冷冲模产品信息模型。该模型描述产品的特征、装配等信息， 是实现集成产品模型的有效途径。装配顺序生成是装配设计自动化中的一个重要

模板复合是一种新型的设计思路，它可以充分利用已有的设计成果，使用知
识推理技术产生新的设计方案，使方案设计速度大大加快。文章提出了两种模板

A brief account of the technological development of CAD／CAM in dies and moulds at home and abroad iS given in this article．The keys of the technology are to make design process standardized，tO get reliable algorithm of different design methods and tO work out rational data structure．This dissertation also analyzes the
features ofthe practical CAD system for tooling．
The conceptual design of products and the realization of CIM and CE need the support of the integrated product information model(IPIM)．The assembly based approach to IPIM iS believed to be more effective than the part oriented one．In this dissertation，an assembly based press t001 product information model iS proposed．The
model describes the feature aspect as well as the assembly aspect of product．The representation scheme of product information mentioned above iS all e币cient Way to create the integrated product model．Assembly planning is very important and complex in mechanical assembly design and assembly automation．After analyzing of
current assembly models，this dissertation discuss concept of subassembly．A method
of assembly sequence generation for press tool is given．
