Application of Matlab and Entropy in Comprehensive
Evaluation

Abstract: Comprehensive evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation of the object being evaluated, the entropy value method is used for multi-object multi-index system of comprehensive evaluation method which based on the observations the size of the amount of information provided to determine the index weight index in-formation to reflect the profound utility value of entropy. The article first introduces the entropy method using a comprehensive evaluation of the concrete steps, then introduced the use of Matlab software development, entropy method of comprehensive evaluation process, and finally from 2004 to 2008, Tai’an City, scientific and technological innovation, for example, using entropy Matlab calculations and comprehensive evaluation, had the corresponding evaluation results, and the Matlab program described in detail the specific method is called. An example analysis shows that if statistical information to meet the requirements of the sample data, using a comprehensive evaluation of entropy reflects the idea of combining subjective and objective, to make the evaluation system is more scientific and reasonable.

Matlab与熵值法在综合评价中的应用

摘 要：综合评价是对被评价对象的全面评价，熵值法是用于多对象多指标体系的综合评价方法，是根据各项观测值所提供的信息量的大小来确定指标权重，能够深刻反映指标信息熵值的效用价值。文章首先介绍了采用熵值法进行综合评价的具体步骤，接着介绍采用Matlab软件编写熵值法进行综合评价程序的方法，最后以04年至08年泰安市科技创新能力为例，采用熵值法和Matlab计算进行综合评价，得了对应的评价结果，并详细介绍了Matlab程序的具体调用方法。通过实例分析可以看出，如果统计资料可以满足样本数据的要求，采用熵值法进行综合评价体现了主客观相结合的思想，使评价体系更科学合理。

或者对多个评价对象的属性进行定性、定量评估，可对优劣顺序排序。如对某个国家或某个地区 会发展水平、生态环境、资源和人口的评价、对某个企业管理水平的评价、对某个企业或地区经济效益的评价等。
综合评价的一般步骤如下。 (1)选择恰当的评价指标。 (2)确定各评价指标权重
(3)合理确定各单个指标的评价等级 (4)建立综合评价模型 (5)确定多指标综合评价的等级数量界限，并根据实践对已建立模型考察、修改及完善。
