语音转文字、文字转语音、视频转文字大全啦

一、语音识别

主要是实时的说与语音识别，这个太多太多，相信每个手机都有自己的语音助手，各种输入法（诸如讯飞输入法、微软小娜、苹果siri）都有自己的语音输入，所以此处不具体举例说明。

二、录音转文字

这种不是第一种的边说边识别，而是将一段录音文件转换成文字，常见的工具主要汇总如下：

1、讯飞听见和录音宝APP（收费）：

APP：录音宝：录音转文字服务的手机录音软件。

介绍：免费转一分钟音频，识别正确率高，识别速度也高。

错了一处：第四行应为立意不行。

2、录音啦

介绍：利用百度语音API，软件售价49元，免费版限制1小时内的【语音转文字】，识别正确率高，识别速度也高。

测试：

错了两处：老实应为老师，还有立意。

3、MIUI 8内置的录音机

介绍：小米手机自带，完全免费，识别正确率高，但识别速度很慢。

测试：

两处错误，立意和犯了错

总体点评：讯飞识别无敌，录音啦免费首选。

三、视频转文字

视频转文字，就是读取视频的声音，加字幕，YouTube做的确实不错，但是没有提供工具。

1、字幕通

然后，如下图箭头一键通即可处理，当然也可以自己选择手动模式，这里不细说。

测试：5分钟的视频（真正的粉丝一看就知道啥电视剧）用时7分钟转换，字幕导出加翻译如下：

四、文字转声音

这个就是文字转成机器语音，这里就不说那种死板的机器语音了（类似于谷歌翻译等的语音），说一下比较接近人声音的。

1、百度语音API的demo

介绍：如下图，支持200字的文字转语音（中英文均支持），箭头指的便是很不错且惊喜的发音。

2、录音啦

由于用的就是上面的百度语音API所以一样。

3、安卓的各种TTS

如下图，很多，不细细描述了。
