尼尔森需要什么样的人才？
根据知乎 友在尼尔森内部的工作经历，小鹿学姐整理了一下，不外乎这些素质：
一、最基本的分析问题的能力
这里会需要候选人有一些商科的知识支撑，主要是marketing，case interview会需要，主要是思考问题的角度。
二、英文能力有要求
欧洲区可能就需要的是本地语言+英语 ，同事们基本都是三语使用者。
三、专业以商科、经济学为主
专业没特殊要求…不过同事们基本上都是经济/商科毕业的，少量心理和 会学的，剩下还有统计专业的
四、需要有较强的数据处理能力
大多数客户爸爸们提供的都是周更新的数据，2-3个月就要听一次汇 ，长期客户的数据是按着一万行为单位在excel表格里拉的…所以除了得会基本的excel以外，对学习这种软件的反应能力还是有点儿要求的…
