In 2012 Oliver Hermanns founded fleXstructures GmbH and started his journey of building a global leading software company in the field of flexible simulation. Together with a passionate team, fleXstructures succeeded in expanding the business and distributing the new IPS software in several countries around the world. Only a short time after launching the IPS software, more than 100 customers worldwide trust in the quality and use IPS in their production process.
The team’s passion and the quality of their software have also been recognized by many different organizations and resulted in various awards, such as the Hannover Messe’s Robotics Award 2017, the Zukunftspreis Pfalz 2017 of the Bezirksverband Pfalz, the Success Award 2018 of the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) and the Innovation Prize Rhineland-Palatinate 2019 of the Ministry of Economics of Rhineland-Palatinate.
