从新加坡官方获悉其最紧缺的前五名的人才为软件开发工程师，厨师，幼教，护士和服务员，新加坡经济发达，工作生活基本与国内一样，优越的地理位置，良好的自然环境，具有竞争力的薪水，无外语要求，是赚钱和体验不同国家文化比较理想的国家。新加坡官方规定雇佣国外高端人才办理Employment Pass许可，最低薪水是4500美元/月包括高级管理人才和工程师；中级人才办理S Pass工作许可最低2500美元/月折合人民币15000元如教师，专业销售人员，厨师，司机等，初级人才办理Work Permit for migrant worker工作许可，没有规定最低薪水，但对于中国公民少于1000美元/月（折合人民币6000元）就不会去新加坡打工了，中国公民去新加坡打工最低不少于1500美元大约10000元人民币如清洁洗碗工，基建工等；
新加坡的雇主如果需要招聘国外工作人员必须在新加坡官方指定的 站发布且要说明没有种族歧视，任何国家的公民都可申请，当新加坡雇主雇佣了国外公民时就会向新加坡官方申请签证的工作许可通行证，一般情况下，新加坡雇主不会直接给外国员工申请签证通行证，而是交给新加坡官方指定的职业代理人或机构办理，简单的说申请新加坡的工作许可签证的通行证，必须要经过新加坡官方指定的职业代理人或代理机构。
职业代理人或代理机构是需要收取佣金的，也就是我们讲的中介费，中介费是与申请人的薪水挂钩的，原则上是总共年薪的15-18%，中方招聘机构只收1年的佣金还要承担新加坡代理机构费用（具体以签订协议为准），新加坡的职业代理或机构，第二年或者接下来的年份是否需要收取管理费，需要根据不同的职业代理人或代理机构决定，因为新加坡的工作签证每年的变化更新都需要职业代理人或机构付出更多的劳动，而且，新加坡的工作签证可延期5年或更长。
新加坡的岗位必须是新加坡公民自己申请或官方指定的职业代理人帮助国外的公民申请，其他非新加坡人根本就无法申请，所以，在招聘时，职业代理人会根据申请人的要求包括薪水，工作时间及申请人的学历，经验等进行评估，是否能够让新加坡雇主雇佣，同时，即使新加坡的雇主雇佣了申请人，还需要新加坡官方指定的职业代理人向新加坡官方申请评估才能获得相应工作签证的通行证。为了确保项目的成功，我们对申请人都会进行初步评估，如果无法达到申请人的要求，我们将不会与申请人签订协议。

Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate software engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. You will have a broad remit to create a broad range of products and solutions in this fast-moving sector of the future. Initially working to expand our wholesale digital asset trading platform with new capabilities, digital asset offerings and straight through execution at the enterprise scale. We have an exciting and abundant roadmap for bringing the traditional finance world into the modern age with disruptive technologies.
Main responsibilities:
Owning the end-to-end delivery of new platform features from understanding customer needs, solution design, implementation, automation and operational excellence
Continuously improving code quality, non-functional performance and auto-scaling solutions
Typical features for development include digital asset pricing / quoting, trade capture and execution, automated trading and arbitrage, basket and synthetic instruments
Platform features also include customer management, finance and settlements, risk management and compliance
Medium-long term requirements for blockchain product innovation including developing smart contracts, new tokens, decentralised exchange integrations depending on candidate skills and interest
Building positive and fun working relationships with a dynamic, distributed team across Australia, Asia and Europe
Main Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience building commercial / enterprise grade applications
Financial services experience a plus, at least fundamental concepts of financial markets and transaction processes
At least 2-3 Cloud certifications (preferably AWS), covering at least the associate level (ideally professional / specialty)
Able to code in multiple languages across the full stack, most importantly middleware and backend including APIs (RESTful, WebSockets), modern Object Oriented and Functional programming (e.g. Python, Go) and scripting (e.g. bash)
Able to demonstrate security considerations when building Cloud native Apps including the principles of least privilege, data security and secrets management
Solid understanding of containers and running Docker / Kubernetes workloads on Cloud (Kubernetes certification a plus but not essential)
Understanding of CI/CD, Cloud native deployment patterns
Understanding of Content Distribution Networks (CDN)
Understanding of data management and modelling in different technologies including RDBMS, caching, streaming
Understanding of software development lifecycle including distributed teamwork, agile cadences
