【充-分-准-备】
1.准备2个版本的英文自我介绍，1.5分钟和3分钟
英文自我介绍是我们唯一确定的考察内容，因此尽力做到最好，自我介绍内容应该扬长避短，在考场上达到声情并茂地介绍，练习时达到背诵效果。
【同-语-伴-练-习】
语伴就是一起练习口语、准备复试英语的小伙伴。语伴可以帮助我们互相督促、纠正发音、扩展思路、模拟复试、减少复试时的紧张感、增加自信心。语伴可以从小红书上找，也可以在wb的超话中寻找，最理想的语伴是跟自己水平差不多或者略高的同学。坚持固定的练习频率，可以通过语音通话、录音、固定时间打卡的形式练习。
