有人觉得它是约X神器，有人用它来找对象谈恋爱，也有人纯粹想通过它认识些新朋友。

最近，我们去到了一些大学校园里，问问这些外国年轻人在中国有没有用过交友软件。
许多人都非常耿直地说：用啊！
他们怎么用Tinder/探探？遇到过什么样的人？有没有奇葩的约会经历？

Victoria’s first dating experience on Tinder was, in her own words, a disappointment that turned her off from the app.
维多利亚对她第一次Tinder约会很失望。
“My match was with a guy who I thought we had a very good mutual connection. It was really good at the start of the date. It was going really well until he kissed me. That’s when I knew that physically it was a complete turnoff. The physical magnetism at that moment just died,” she said.
“我和这个男生在App上聊得很投缘，我们有很多共同话题。于是我们就出来约会了，一切都很顺利，直到他吻了我。那一刻简直幻灭了。”
She said that she prefers to actually get to know someone before becoming romantically or even casually entangled, e.g. friends with benefits.
艾比希望和对方增进了解之后再考虑恋爱，然而对方显然不是这样想的。
“I received this kind of message several times. It happens if a guy finds you pretty or if he is just desperate,” she said, adding that the other popular Tinder hookup line is “let’s do it!”
“我经常收到的第一条消息就是‘我们约吧’，我感觉发这样消息的人有点穷凶极恶啊。”
怎样和歪果仁快速配对？
Filip said that he looks for common interests, not appearances, because too many people post processed photos and you never know how they look in real life.
飞利浦看重的是兴趣而不是长相，因为他觉得现在P得一手好图的人太多了。
When matched, he will start talking about things that he doesn’t dare say in real life, such as sex, family and personal problems.
“配对之后我会主动找对方聊天。聊一些平时不敢和家人朋友说的话。比如说聊家庭，性，和自己遇到的问题。”
“It is the easiest thing to chat with strangers about your problems because you don’t know each other and you feel like the barrier is gone.”
“因为和陌生人聊这些话题是最容易的，他不认识你，你不认识他，这样的话心理层面的隔阂就没有了。”
雅各布比较看重照片和自我介绍。
It turns me off if a girl is wearing a lot of really crazy makeup. Or the photo is low quality. Well-taken photos are definitely important,” he said. “It’s basically fun to talk to a cute girl.”
“如果女孩子化浓妆，或者照片质量不清楚，我估计不会选。因为大家都喜欢和可爱的女孩子说话啊。”
Abby说她左划不放自己照片的人。
“Basically it is the face that shows most of who you are (in a profile). But some people on Tinder don’t use real pictures of themselves. Or sometimes they take pictures with friends so you do not know who is who. Or just their body,” said Abby.
“毕竟脸比较重要，但是有些人就是不放自己的照片，或者放和朋友的合影，或者秀肌肉，你根本不知道谁是谁。”
那么，这些外国年轻人更喜欢现实生活中的一见钟情，还是程序化的交友软件式恋爱？
