开源伪谱法C++软件包Lpopc，用于求解最优控制问题

Lpopc 是基于EPL协议的开源软件包。

软件开发过程参考了GPOPS的开源版本，以及早期的PSOPT。

软件实现了RPM伪谱法，支持mulit-phase，支持自动 格划分。

这份代码是笔者和两位同学在南理工读书期间的科研训练成果。

自动 格划分支持两种，ph 法 以及Liu 改进过的hp法。

支持windows 和 Linux。建议使用Linux， 因为windows下面的openblas和ipopt编译比较麻烦。
