如何有效进行Network？

4.寻找双方共同点

还是Ice break。对于完全的陌生人来说，一上来就要内推会不会很奇怪？对方也是这么觉得的！所以不建议在完全陌生的情况下要推荐(最好是聊过两三次后再找机会要推荐)。那么如何打开话题呢？寻求双方共同点无疑是个通用的好方法！人们通常对和自己有共同点的人好感倍增：比如说来自同一个区域。常见的共同点有：

那么完全找不到共同点怎么办？！

对于有些人来说，可以看他们在LinkedIn上面的Activities，并从兴趣、爱好、曾经从事过的活动着手。

5.说清楚目的，节约双方的时间。

不要拐弯抹角，直接提出自己的目的(是想要问问题，寻求建议，或是要内推。再次声明：内推不建议对刚刚认识的人提出)。

提出的问题要具体，而不能是简单的、泛泛的问题。

Network注意事项

1. 细心。对于想要Network的一方，一般都是抱着广撒 多敛鱼的态度。但复制粘贴的时候千万小心，不要出现人名发错或类似的低级错误！
2. LinkedIn上有些人可能愿意给出20-30分钟左右的meeting时间。特别因为疫情原因，现在coffee chat更多是在线上，无疑比线下要方便许多。所以同学们也可以在Network最后顺便问一下对方，是否愿意在合适的时候约一个meeting？但后面最好加上“如果不方便的话也完全没有问题；非常感谢对方回答问题/给出建议”之类的。
3. 对中国人发Network时，不要使用中文。因为即使我们在LinkedIn上connect到一位华人时，并不能确定对方日常是否习惯说中文。万一对方是CBC呢？万一对方日常习惯使用英文呢？此外LinkedIn算是职场 交软件：使用英文会显得你更加专业哦~
