职位描述

招聘人数：5人

岗位职责：

a)Test new products and features in all stages of development.

b)Find and report defects with detailed, accurate and concise steps to reproduce.

c)Assist developers in researching defects.

d)Verify defect fixes returned from development in a working build.

e)Execute test plans accurately and report results.

f)Provide initial risk assessment of new/ legacy product functionality or integration issues.

g)Review user documentation to ensure accurate descriptions of functionality.

h)Create, execute and record the results of tests.

i)Provide input to the continuous improvement of product testing processes.

j)Report issues having a direct and material impact on successful completion of assigned tasks to Test Lead(s).

k)Implement product testing practices in accordance with the standards and practices set forth and/or changed, consistent with stated project goals and objectives.

1.本科学历，金融、计算机相关专业背景；毕业于985，211大学优先考虑

2.较好的沟通能力

3.良好的英语读写能力

4.海归背景优先考虑

5. 有实习测试经验优先考虑
