AbstractThe programmable controller is a automatic control device which is widely used, it will be the traditional relay control technology, computer technology, communication technology com., has strong control ability, flexible and convenient operation, high reliability, suitable for long-term continuous working characteristics Based on the analysis of the electric heating furnace temperature control system at home and abroad situation, determine the objectives of the design. Mainly through the design of the overall scheme of the system, hardware selection, design, use, software programming and other aspects, and introduces the principle, design and use of each module, the control algorithm used in the program are described in detail. In this design the Siemens S7-200PLC as control core, through the temperature detection transmission unit for real-time detection of the temperature of the heating furnace, by analog expansion module EM235 will detect the signal transmission to PLC, after PID operation and the output control signal, the control signal by controlling the power regulator changing heater, to control the function of the system temperature.
