摘要为了进一步加强和完善设备的信息化管理，引导用户合理有效的使用设备，

基于这种需求，我们做了设备信息管理系统，用来对设备进行统计及管理工作，

减少每天需要涉及到的相关工作量，尽可能的提高工作效率，可以节省人力物力

的资源,提高设备信息的现代化管理。

互联 的高速发展，使得信息共享成为必然。因而系统放弃了传统的基于局

域 的 C/S 结构，使用了流行的B/S 结构。使得不仅是局域 用户，Internet 上

的用户也可以访问本系统，大大加强了系统的数据共享的程度。同时，采用B/S

结构可以方便对系统的维护，降低对系统的维护成本。

首先整个系统采用 页格式中的框架建格，即左面为导航栏不变，而右面是

可变的功能实现界面.其次这个设备信息管理系统采用 ASP 动态 页技术与

SQLServer2000 数据库，制作了一个 B/S 结构的设备管理系统。最后系统实现了

1.设备管理相关子系统设计和数据库设计 2.设备信息查询及修改子系统，包括土

地查询、房屋及构建物查询、交通运输设备查询、电子产品及通信设备查询、家

具用具及其它类查询,按照要求查询并在 页中的事先建立好的表格中显示出来。

3. 表生成子系统，包括打印设备 表,软件部门电脑 表,系统能把信息打印输

出到Excel 文件，提高了系统的方便性。
