是的，这是一种规则的遵循，很多科学领域是受训很多年才能达到的，普通人根本没有任何的心理表征，也无心问津，反而是同行会去盗窃、剽窃，这就会产生一个工会或行业内的Peer review的过程，如果一个地缘政治或者国际环境，对于违背规则的行业内的人没有惩罚，那么显然闭源会起到保护的作用，同时也限制了很多可能性。
