职位要求：

1) 4年以上软件开发经验、2年以上软件设计经验

2) 日语要求：N2级以上，日语流利优先考虑

3) 具有项目的分析、设计经验（要件定义、概要设计、基本设计等）

4) 精通JAVA.NETC++及其他等主流的开发语言一种以上

5) 有较强的组织协调能力和团队精神

6) 有对日开发工作经验者优先

7) 有多年金融、证券、保险、制造及其他行业项目经验优先
